Our service rules.1. Booking an apartmentPlease make sure that you book an apartment at least three day prior to your arrival. In other case we can’t book you specific apartment you require, but suggest you the ones that are available at the moment. If the apartment that you require is already booked, we will suggest you other variants. 2. Making prepayment. In order to book an apartment you are required to make a prepayment for one day of your stay. In order to book any apartment for rent that you like just click the link at the bottom of the apartment page and choose between options – to order by e-mail or order by Pay Pal. If you order apartment by e-mail we will suggest you to make a prepayment via bank transfer or Western Union, in this case the additional information will be e-mailed to you. 3. Check in and check out. The check in hour is 14.00, you are welcome to check in earlier if the apartment is free, but if we have quests who are checking out we will need time to get apartment ready for you. The check out hour is 12.00. Please if you want to change your check in or check out time let us know beforehand. 4.Cancellation If you cancel your reservation at the apartment, had already made an advance payment is not refundable and is not transferred to another reservation. 5. Picking up Our staff will be glad to meet you at Kharkov airport, railway or bus station and follow you to the apartment of your stay. Picking up at the airport is $35, railway or bus station - $30. Picking up from 22 pm till 8 am is additional $10. 6. Arriving to apartment You make total payment for all your stay in cash and get the key when you arrive to the apartment. Our staff will ask you to show your passport or any other identification document. 7. Leaving the apartment Our representative comes to take the keys and check the apartment. |
